Especially when noticing during a attack the bolt had not closed all the way, and hit the forward assist to close the bolt....without doing that it would not of fired the next round....the round needed to shoot "lefty" in the arm other wise Kyle would of been dead from a Glock to the head....Outstanding.
...and just think: today, the media would be celebrating Gaige Grosskreutz as a hero who killed a white supremacist and "stopped a mass shooting."

Wonder if the DA Douchbag would have charged him with anything.

    Wow:

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crim...enhouse-to-walk-free/ar-AAR3xIQ?ocid=msedgntp

"...I get that weapons are extensions of people and that Rittenhouse’s actions that night hinged on his (albeit warped) sense of doing the right thing, of protecting property in a nearby town. I’m sorry, but for me, a good guy with a gun is just a different type of bad guy."
I read through the article...what a warped or complete mis-understanding of the situation!
I've begun asking this question of everyone whom I've heard misspoke on this case, after explaining the situation as it played out that night:
"Put yourself in Kyle's shoes...and what would you have done that night, or done differently?"
I get a lot of 'quiet' looks, responses like 'Uuuuhhh...', 'Welt...', etc....but no different responses, especially to Lefty's pointing a loaded pistol at his head and Kyle only having a split second to respond...

    In the country, hopefully.
These last three posts bring to my mind a technique the left uses to help win; distraction by overwhelming nonsense.
I try to not waste my time and energy on people who I don’t think can have their mind changed or are unreasonable.
We need to focus on what we can change, those people are dust in the wind.

Then there are a lot of people that will try to use a deflected argument and that is if they were in Kyle's shoes they would'nt have been there in the first place. They'll avoid the intended context of your question.

He's probably thanking Trump for giving him a fair shake by waiting for more details on the case and not condemning him outright unlike what Bidiot did to him. Same thing goes for giving Tucker Carlson an exclusive interview because the right leaning media were the only ones to give him fair and truthful coverage based on the evidence.

Of course you know that the lunatic left and the MSM will use this as an opportunity to say something like this was a white supremacist "mission accomplished" moment and it proves that Rittenhouse was motivated by the racist in chief

I would'nt be surprised if some jackass did a photoshop and replaced the thumbs up gesture with an "ok" hand sign. You know it's coming.

Sorry to ask, but the previous responses that mix nicknames and proper names have left me confused. Which guy is this getting shot?

Edit: Nevermind, I went back and looked at all of the photos, this is bicep guy. My question now is whether this is the moment he got hit, or is this a previous incident?

I think I heard jump kick guy tried to volunteer as a witness for leniency in his own trial. So apparently he is on the hook for something.

Zminsky was conveniently charged and was thus supposedly not available to testify in the trial. I'm not sure why the defense didn't push to get him in the court and let him plead the 5th on the stand.

There is a flaw with the whole "...he shouldn't have been there..." argument. It undermines the core values of almost, if not every, religion of man.

Christianity: "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." - Philippians 2:4

Islam: "Allah commands you to uphold justice and to do good to others and to give to the relatives." (16:90)

These were easy to find. I would lean toward Buddha saying something about helping others as well.

But let us ignore God. We cannot prove he exists, so faith alone may not be enough. We must depend, from time to time, without shame or embarrassment, upon the generosity of others. For we are human, and fallible and weak. It is our nature. We could not survive very well without being helped when weak and helping when strong.

This idea seeks to ignore these basic truths. There was a violent mob. It was rampaging and destroying property, which in turn had the potential collateral effect of destroying lives. Mr. Rittenhouse did what he could as he could to intervene and help. The lefts version is hypocritical. Help others by saving the environment but don't help by stopping bad actors. Help others by boycotting child labor companies but don't help others by directly protecting them.

Then there is the argument "...he wasn't trained..." Well, so what? Does this mean if we see an accident we shouldn't stop to help because we're not trained? If we see someone being ganged up on we shouldn't help because we haven't been trained to deescalate? If we see someone bleeding we shouldn't try to stop it? This is nuts.

Kyle Rittenhouse was exactly where he was supposed to be, guided by his own morals, ethics and decent intentions. To say otherwise is to undermine the very concept of helping and offering aid to others. It is absurd.

    Regards,

    Doug
