    Hello INGO,
When I click on the "BECOME A SITE SUPPORTER TODAY" link, it says my Site Supporter subscription runs out today at 4:00pm.
It doesn't have a "Purchase" box for me to renew it.
QUESTION 1: Will the "Purchase" box appear for me to renew at 4:00pm when it runs out?
QUESTION 2: If so, in that window of time before I renew, will my previous messages be lost during that small window of time, never to return?
SORRY if these seems like dumb questions. Ed

    I don't think you'll loose any messages.

I just checked and mine also has no option to Purchase either. So probably when it expires, you can just re up then.

Let us know what happens. Since the new system was out into place, we are still learning it.

Has anyone renewed since the new software update? If you have can you chime in here, please?

It would be nice to know what, if any, the grace period is when the site supporter status expires is. How long do you have to renew before losing privileges such as message limit, etc.?

Can this information be added to the page you view when viewing your status?

    I'll let you know.
My BIG concern is, I have several messages with contacts that I don't want to lose.
I also haven't been able to find a way of downloading my messages so I can archive them like with the previous software.
I don't know whether I'm not seeing how, or if it's not not possible with the new system.

    Thanks for the info.
Am glad I don't need to expect to lose messages when I renew later today right after my subscription runs out.

I sure hope I'm wrong on this.
But on the issue of saving my messages, I did finally find that it APPEARS I can't just select all, then Export them all like before, I have to go into a message and Export each message one by one.
A definite drawback from the previous version if true.

I think I found a way to "select all" then "export all" messages. I am on a laptop. I'm making a step-by-step instruction post for ya now, should be done in a few minutes.

You won't lose messages. It will just not let you receive any new ones until after you renew unless you had so few in the first place not to hit the limit on a free account.

    HOW TO "EXPORT ALL" CONVERSATIONS

First of all, make sure your page zoom is normal (100%) to ensure everything is in the same position on the page as the pictures I have posted below.

    Steps:

    1. Go to your inbox by clicking the envelope in the top right then clicking "show all".
    step 1 to export.JPG

    2. Now you're in your inbox. Under the "start conversation" option on the right side of the page, there is a box that says "Selected". Click on that "selected" box.
    step 2 to export.JPG

    3. Once you click "Selected" a conversation selection window will appear at the bottom of your page. If you haven't selected any messages yet, it will say "Conversations (0)" at the bottom left. The number between parentheses denotes how many conversations you have selected. So now, click "select all".
    step 3 to export.JPG

    4. After clicking "select all", you will have selected all the conversations on that page, the maximum being 20 conversations as the software allows a max of 20 conversations per page in your inbox.
    step 4 to export.JPG

IMPORTANT! If you need to select more than 20 conversations for export, move on to the next page and keep doing steps 2 and 3 on all the conversations you need. You are NOT limited to selecting only 20 at a time. The number of conversations selected will incrementally increase as you select conversations from multiple pages -- you won't lose your selection progress when you go to the next page, the conversations will stay selected. Once everything is selected, you can then export it all into one folder.

(Thanks @marvin02 for figuring this out!)

    5. After you've selected the messages you'd like to export, click on the "choose action..." box. Then click on the "Export..." option.
    7D704CFA-CCB6-4D39-B678-C29473385AFE.jpeg

    6. After clicking on "Export...", the options will collapse and this is what your selection window should look like. Now, click on "Go".
    step 6 to export.JPG

    7. You will now have the option to select what file format you want to to turn the conversation data into. HTML is default and that's what I'm doing in this example. (example of exported HTML document included at the bottom of this post.)

So, select your format then click on "EXPORT".

The download process has now begun. It won't download to your computer yet -- it will download to the forum's cloud software first, then you'll be able to download to your computer. This initial forum download will take some time -- less than a minute for my 20 conversations, but YMMV.
    step 7 to export.JPG

    8. Once the download to the forum cloud has finished, you will get a notification in the same place you get all your other forum notifications (the bell icon, top right).

The notification will say your export "is ready to be downloaded from here". Click on the word "here", it's a link.
    step 8 to export.JPG

    9. You'll now be taken to a page which shows all your exports. The export you just did will be at the top.

Now, click "Download" and choose where to download your folder of exported conversation files.
    step 9 to export.JPG

Once it's downloaded, you're done. The whole export will download as one folder with each conversation as one document within that folder. Open your folder and you'll see that the subject line of each conversation will be the name of its exported file.

Here is an example of what an exported HTML conversation looks like:
    html exported INGO conversation example.JPG

    Hope this helps

    4. After clicking "select all" the zero should change to however many conversations you have in your inbox. As you can see in my case that's 20 conversations.

    5. Now, click on the "choose action..." box. This will bring up your options. click on the "Export..." option.

The export process has now begun and will take some time, since it was only 20 conversations for me it took about a minute or less. YMMV

    You're now done.
Mine downloaded as a zip folder with each individual conversation as an HTML file. Here is an example of what an exported HTML conversation looks like:

    THAT'S GREAT!
Glad I was wrong about this.
    Thanks for figuring that out.
These instructions would make a good "sticky".

Just a note to the tutorial posted by @2A-Hoosier23. The board software shows 20 conversations per page and when you select all you only select the conversations on that page. To get all of your conversations in one file repeat steps 2 & 3 from the tutorial on each page, the number of conversations selected will increment as you do each page. You can then export everything in one file.

If you need to select more than 20, you have to repeat steps 2 and 3 on every page of 20 conversations. To clarify: You DON'T have to select/export only 20 at a time. You can select more than 20 at a time. Just repeat steps 2 and 3 on every page. You'll see the amount of conversations selected will keep going up. Let me know if this isn't clear. (Thanks @marvin02 for figuring this out!)

    5. After you've selected the messages you'd like to export, click on the "choose action..." box. Then click on the "Export..." option.

If you scroll down on that page, you should come to Purchased upgrades. Now, I will say that I'm on a laptop, so it may look different if you're on a phone, but if you switch to the desktop version (on your phone) then I *think* it might look the same.

I just tried this since I only ingo on mobile and it looks identical. Only problem is those are for business supporter status and trainer supporter. There’s no option for site supporter, it just shows I’ve already purchased that. I’m betting you have to wait for it to expire before re purchasing. I think I remember there being a auto renew option, but i renewed in January so i don’t remember for certain.
