Another INGOer described him as somewhere between Gary Busey and a chipmunk. He hasn’t done himself any favors in the confirmation process. Hopefully he gets kicked to the curb.

I can wait til pigs fly before I see this. He wasn't only at Waco, killing and lying about what occurred, he was also a participant at Ruby Ridge.

I will be calling Braun and Young daily.

Can you link me to a reliable article, or paper, or govenment report that points to Chipman being a part of Ruby Ridge? You can find people on reddit, and dailymail saying it, but I cant find any actual references to it that are creditable...

I'd like to see this as well. His involvement in Waco is well documented, but this thread was the first I heard about RR.
