When employers and places of businesses start making rules for vaxxed and non vaxxed... Your being forced unless you like staying home.

I've personally seen a couple employers require it, that or feel free to seek employment elsewhere. their house their rules I suppose. thankfully my employer is not one of them.

I’m sick and old(ish) so I was happy to get it.

My daughter (26yo) is also high risk, she was happy to get it.

My 19yo healthy Russian fencer who stays with us when she is not attending Notre Dame got her 2nd shot yesterday; she travels a lot and the vaccine gives her travel access to many countries that restrict unvaccinated people.

That all said, there are NOT a lot of reasons why healthy low risk people under the age of 50 need to get the vaccine.

International travelers are going to pretty much need the vaccine.

High risk people of all ages probably should get the shots; being overweight is the #1 risk factor. More weight = high risk. Blood pressure, asthma, cancer, heart disease, immunosuppressed & diabetics are also on the list. If you are not chubby or have another risk factor, and are under 50, probably not a serious risk for complications.

FWIW many universities are now requiring the students be vaccinated before attending classes fall of 2021.

I would look into this as I dont believe they can force this vaccine on you since its deemed experimental. Some states are different than others and am not sure where Indiana stands on this.
I know Montana just passed law stating employers cant force you to take it

Not sure if that'll happen... Ol' Nancy Pelosi was being interviewed a few days ago and the reporter asked something along the lines of "When are you requiring other people of the house to get vaccinated?" Her reply was pretty much, "I can't"...

I'm pretty sure anyone asking for your medical records in regards to a vaccine would be breaching HIPAA...

They don't have to force me. I'm fat, diabetic, and pushing 60-- the kind of people who die or have their lungs permanently ****ed up by this thing. I signed up as soon as I was able, and I get my second shot tomorrow.

From what I understand, under federal law (so far anyway) private employers can require employees to get the stupid jab. Gotta love “at will” employment. It does look like IN and IL have bills in progress to make it illegal for that to happen. They just need to hurry up and pass them.

I am NOT a lawyer, of course. I am however under 40, healthy and I do not want the damn jab. Unfortunately, I do need a job and all of my searches for employment that doesn’t require it all just end up with results of why everyone should get the jab.

I find it interesting that the Federal protections for the experimental Vaccine only protect the Pharmaceutical companies and the medical practices that provide the vaccination to individuals. I can see where a employer can require it as a requirement for employment but I see no protections for those employers that require you to get vaxed so they are open for law suits based on their requirement for employment and the effects you experience based on your forced compliance. Those that have allergic responses and are forced by their employers may have just won the lottery... Just saying...
