Wonder if this is really the quickest way for the Supreme Court to deal with the recent 9th circus ruling out of Hawaii.

Remember the several hundred pages of arguments centered around a king’s historical right to ban wear and carry of swords.........

I'm curious who the attorneys are and who is funding it? The media says "NRA backed" but often NRA is just more well known whereas the Second Amendment Foundation makes the legal investment. I went to the New York State Rifle and Pistol website and didn't find much by skimming it.
