FedEx's policy of not allowing employees to have their cell phones on them (they have to lock them in a locker when they come to work) has made it difficult for people to contact their family members.
With no weapons or cell phones allowed they might as well go ahead and paint targets on their backs too.

They are basically sitting ducks with no way to fight back or get help.

He bought a single shot 410 shotgun last year and the cops took it. When will the media hoowahs drop the other shoe and tell us what kind of firearm Mr. Hole selected for the event last night. WHY did he go to Fed Ex?

I've become cynical enough to wonder whether the likes of this admin and the anti gun lobby find unstable people to do these attacks for them--kind of like ISIS getting people to be suicide-murderers
If I were a gambling girl I would say this is exactly what is happening.

So......no one still has brought up how he got his current firearm considering he was already flagged? Is this a law failure or enforcement failure?

I thought his stance was good. Finally some common sense gun measures. Waiting periods, tighter background checks, no private sales. These are things we should have. A lot better than banning ARs or 80% firearms which would do nothing.
OMG who are you and where did you come from. Do you realize where you are.
Brother you are in for it now and all I am gonna do is watch.

Okay guys, he's a noob. Give him a chance. Retract your fangs. Down boys, I bet the youngin didn't mean no harm.

He's focusing on the perceived bright side of things. He hasn't been here long enough to know how evil and crooked the left are. He doesn't know yet how they condition us to give up our rights a little bit at a time.

Without thinking it through, giving up a little to save a lot sounds like a good deal. Until you read the fine print.

As law-abiding gun owners we should be pushing for legislation that demands everyone stable and over the age of 18 have a gun and know how to use it so they can fight back in these kinds of instances.

The left is going to arrange these convenient types of shootings whenever it supports their evil agendas and desires.

We need to push for legislation that helps us protect ourselves and our loved ones.

There are countries who require their citizens to have guns. I bet they don't have these kinds of problems.

Shut it down before it before it even starts.

We are always going to have evil so we need to make sure we also always have guns.

I'm curious about how this nut job got another firearm. Did he lie on his 4473? Unless you're the President's son that is against the law!

"In March 2020, the suspect’s mother contacted law enforcement to report he might try to commit “suicide by cop”. The suspect was placed on an immediate detention mental health temporary hold by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. A shotgun was seized at his residence. Based on items observed in the suspect’s bedroom at that time, he was interviewed by the FBI in April 2020. No Racially Motivated Violent Extremism (RMVE) ideology was identified during the course of the assessment and no criminal violation was found. The shotgun was not returned to the suspect."
Most interesting thing to me is why wasn't the shotgun returned?

If there was a reason, then why would that reason not be enough to flag on another 4473?

My gut says it's because you can not be denied simply because people think or say so but because you did something.

Then I think is this a cost of freedom? I mean if you can't deny unless you did something then how do you stop guys like this from obtaining a weapon?

Perhaps the answer is you don't?

It's up to the rest of us to stop it once it starts?

How do you walk the balance?

I'd like to know if there are panic buttons in there?

It seems like an awful high percentage of the mass shooters were in close contact with the FBI... weird.
"Contact with" or "known to" probably describes a very high number of people. Look at how common corona snitching is, the FBI probably get ten thousand calls a day about such-and-such "suspicious person". The files of people they've had "contact with" from those reports probably numbers in the hundreds of thousands or low millions.

IIRC: virtually NO ONE is charged with lying on their forms. I suspect that's because if they did, they'd have "disproportionate impact" on certain minority populations.
