OK V-8 was kind enough to remove the pic but I have put numerous in threads out for "ALL" to see and we are still acting like freshmen in the locker room.

I believe the solution would be to leave the offensive picture up so everyone can see them and publicly shame the poster. After all, peer pressure it a powerful influence on a Freshman
