So I want to be more active on here and I am starting to get a little more free time now that some projects are caught up..

So- I will start with this.

This is a picture of my 2001 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) when I first got it, very stock and needed some love to get it up to par.

    8x10 Free Spirit Recreation awning
100 watt Solar panel with bluetooth charge controller
    Costco 54qt Fridge

I drive this Jeep daily, and use it for camping and traveling and having it set up for these things makes it perfect for a BOV since it is outfitted for offroad use and camping and I use it so much anyways.

I have a lifted XJ (1987) one thought I have had is if a solar flare hits I will need electric components to replace what got fried. Have you thought about having a small faraday box with replacement parts in the xj?
