There are alot of options on the market that would fit your bill.

The cheapest option would be the Konus sportsview. The more money you spend on top of that the more quality you will get. What price range are you thinking?

Don't get a Barska. I was looking through one at the range and was not at all impressed by the quality or the field of view. This was another reminder to me that sometimes you do get what you pay for and to strive for American made whenever possible.

Barska does have a lot to be desired, but the one I have is good out to 100 yards (15-40x50). Not much past that however. At 200 I couldn't see anything (even using shoot n see targets) and the quality is very poor. I wouldn't recommend it, but it does work for 100 yards and closer.

Konus is an awesome spotting scope.
