T-Mobile provides excellent service in Montana, Idaho and Washington. Verizon is very hit or miss. In Canada, Verizon jumps to 5G and great service.

Stopping for the night in a Home Depot parking lot in Kelowna, B.C.
Not the greatest choice but we have been on the road since 7am and drove 530 miles. Also needed wiring supplies to fix the trailer brake wiring.
Tire blowout outside Missoula.
Changed the tire in 10 mins and came into town to a trailer dealer. Rim was ruined so we bought two wheels and tires.
The hub in front of the blown tire was smoking and red hot. We are now changing the entire hub.

Ft Nelson fire update:
The ALCAN highway is closed until next Tuesday. We have a friend stuck outside Ft Nelson with his big rig.
Grilling out dinner on the road.
The cargo trailer is loaded to within 3 feet of the roof. Top layer is mattreses. This is the sleeping area.
Spent the night in a rest area. On the road by 7am and will be in Canada in 8 hours.
Made it 430 miles from Salt Lake City, UT to Oppertunity, MT. Have 1/2 a bar on my cell so no pictures tonight.
We are 8 hrs from the Canadian border crossing at Oroville, WA.
